Using Review Intel
Review Intel retrieves and organizes publicly available App Store and Google Play reviews to help you research product experience, customer language and questions to test.
You’re responsible for the app links, markets, review files and instructions you provide, and for the decisions you make with the results.
Evidence limits
Review Intel reports patterns in the reviews it can collect. Apple, Google and other upstream providers control which reviews are available, their order, their details and their coverage, and all of that can change. Results may be incomplete.
Reviews and analysis don’t establish demand, revenue, retention, causality or the views of every user. Check important conclusions against other evidence before you act.
Data and third-party providers
Use only data you’re permitted to process. Don’t submit credentials, confidential exports or private personal information. Public review text and reviewer names can still be personal data.
Review Retriever does not store review text after it produces a response or download. Account and usage metadata are stored as described in the privacy policy. Hosting and upstream store providers may process or retain request metadata under their own policies.
If you use a connected AI client, it may process the reviews and your instructions under its own terms and privacy policy. Review Retriever returns reviews, not an AI analysis. The privacy policy covers the website and the MCP server; the extension privacy policy covers the extension’s link hand-off.

Orders and refunds
Where paid checkout is available, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders, provides customer service inquiries and handles returns under the Paddle Buyer Terms.
The refund policy explains the 14-day refund period and what happens to access. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. If a technical problem prevents delivery or use of a paid product, contact support so it can be investigated and resolved or refunded as applicable.
